Kathleen Martins

Kathleen brings more than 30 years of experience in the insurance industry to the firm. Over the course of her career, she has excelled as a conference-qualifying agent and earned recognition as an award-winning recruiter.

She built a comprehensive new agent training program that was later adapted and rolled out nationally. In addition to developing curriculum, Kathleen worked directly with new agents to help them build and grow their businesses, providing hands-on coaching and strategic guidance. She has also partnered with experienced agents in advanced planning strategies, collaborating with them to design and implement solutions for their clients.

Her diverse background in production, training, recruiting, and planning gives her a well-rounded understanding of both the challenges and opportunities agents face in today’s marketplace. Kathleen plays a key role in driving national sales growth and leading recruiting efforts across the country.
